Your first taster lessons of 30 minutes is FREE for new clients.

Cancellation Policy

● Payment is taken on the last lesson of the month to pay for the month following. This is to ensure that your slot is secured for the month ahead. ● Missed lessons can be rearranged if I am given more than 24 hours notice of cancellation. All lessons cancelled within 24 hours will still be charged. ● Payment can be made via BACS, cash or Paypal. ● For home lessons, children under the age of 16 must have a parent/guardian present within the house. ● For online lessons of children under 16, a parent/guardian must be present at the start & end of the lesson and students must be dressed appropriately. ● For online lessons, please ensure you have a secure internet connection so that lesson time is optimised. ● Please ensure that you are in an area with no distractions for both home and online tuition.
